The Challenge
Maple Ridge Dental is a family dental practice in Markham, Ontario, with three dentists and 12 support staff serving the community since 2010. Despite a strong reputation and 4.9-star Google rating, they had no website and relied entirely on phone bookings and word-of-mouth referrals.
The practice needed a warm, trustworthy website that would attract new patients searching online, reduce the volume of scheduling phone calls overwhelming their front desk, and provide a modern patient experience including insurance information, team bios, and dental health content.
Our Approach
Patient Journey Mapping
Interviewed front-desk staff to understand the most common patient questions, mapped the journey from "searching for a dentist" to "booking an appointment," and identified content that would reduce phone enquiries.
Warm, Trustworthy Design
Chose a soft teal and amber colour palette that conveys professionalism and warmth. Used HD dental photography, professional team headshots, and generous whitespace to build trust at first glance.
Content-Rich Build
Built 6 pages plus a blog: detailed service pages for all 6 specialties, team profiles with credentials, a patient information section with insurance providers, and dental health blog posts.
Booking Integration & Launch
Integrated online booking CTAs throughout the site, added a comprehensive patient FAQ to reduce phone volume, and deployed with JSON-LD Dentist schema for rich search results.
The Solution
We delivered a 6-page website plus blog that puts the patient experience first. The full-screen hero features HD dental office photography with a warm gradient overlay and staggered entrance animations. Every page has a prominent "Book Appointment" CTA.
The services page features detailed descriptions of all six dental specialties with real photography, from general dentistry to paediatric care. The insurance section links directly to each provider's website. The patient information page answers common questions before patients ever pick up the phone, and the blog positions the practice as a trusted authority in dental health.
