The Challenge
ProFlow Plumbing is a licensed, full-service plumbing company serving homeowners and businesses across the Greater Toronto Area. With 10+ years of experience and a team of 12 plumbers, they had built a strong reputation through word-of-mouth, but had no digital presence to match.
They needed a website that would generate emergency service calls around the clock, showcase their before-and-after project work, and position them as the most trusted plumbing team in the GTA. The site had to load fast on mobile because homeowners searching "emergency plumber near me" at 2 AM don't wait for slow pages.
Our Approach
Discovery & Strategy
Analysed competitor plumbing sites across Toronto, identified conversion gaps, and mapped the customer journey from "emergency search" to "phone call."
Design & Content
Designed a bold, navy-and-orange brand identity with HD photography, a full-screen hero with background image, and trust badges visible above the fold.
Build & Optimise
Built a 5-page static site with Astro and Tailwind CSS. Every page features a persistent "Call Now" CTA, scroll-reveal animations, and a before-and-after project gallery.
Launch & Measure
Deployed to Netlify with instant global CDN distribution. Achieved a perfect Lighthouse score and sub-second load times on mobile.
The Solution
We delivered a 5-page website that puts emergency access front and centre. The full-screen hero features HD photography of real plumbing work with a gradient overlay, staggered entrance animations, and a prominent "Call Now" button that persists across every page.
The services page uses alternating layouts with real project photography, detailed feature checklists, and clear CTAs. The before-and-after gallery showcases completed projects with side-by-side comparisons, completion timelines, and location tags, building instant trust with prospective customers.
